University of Leeds will host a medical 3D printing symposium named ‘3D Printing Technology Innovation: For Personalized Medicine Projects’ on 22nd August.
Dr. Gong was invited to give three talks which are:
1. New 3D printing materials for skeleton fixation and reconstruction
2. New 3D printing materials for soft tissue reconstruction
3. New 3D printing material for physiological simulation
Exhibition of 3D printed silicone models and simulators will be arranged from 12.30pm - 3pm.
Dr. Gong invented biodegradable Zinc alloys during his PhD research in Drexel University and started up Trandomed focusing on innovation in 3D printed implants and simulators.
